Klyveronta is a structured AI platform providing data analysis, automated insights, and intelligent digital tools. The platform is operated by Klyveronta Pty Ltd, Level 12, 303 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

2. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law. Access to the platform is subject to approval by Klyveronta following a review of your access request.

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Klyveronta does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that its outputs will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyveronta Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for platform access in the preceding month.
